- Remaining Hours Electives
Broker of Record / Team Leader / Branch Office Manager 15 Hours total:
- 1.5 Hrs MREC Supervision
- 3 Hours Brokerage Relationships and Disclosures (MREC Commercial Agency if designated Commercial only)
- 3 Hours MD Legislative Update
- 3 Hours MD Ethics and Predatory Lending
- 2 Hours Fair Housing (If designated Commercial only; then 2 hr ADA course)
