Basic process for obtaining a MD RE Salesperson License:
* Complete 60 Hour Prerequisite Course
*Take and pass both portions(State and National) of the MD Licensing exam within one year of completing prerequisite
*Apply for the license through the Maryland Dept. of Labor which requires affiliating with a Broker
