READ THIS BEFORE REGISTERING FOR CLASSES!
All of our courses are approved for Maryland Real Estate C.E.
They consist of online reading material with short quizzes and a final exam at the end of each course (all multiple choice).
The final exam score for Maryland must be at least 70%. Any quizzes/exams can be retaken immediately if necessary.
After completing a course(s) you must fax a signed student affidavit to us at 410-213-2638. AFFIDAVIT LINK
We will send your official certificate usually within 1 business day.
If you are taking multiple courses, you may put all course titles on one affidavit.

During the checkout process at our RE Campus site you will be asked for some basic information
and will choose a User ID and Password that will enable you to log on anytime you want to work on your courses.
The material is available 24 hours a day and can be done in multiple sessions.

Legal Update Courses: (any of these will cover the 3 hour MD requirement)
Real Estate and Taxes, What Every Agent Should Know 3 Hours
Understanding Tax Deferred Exchanges 4 Hours
Maryland Legislative Update 3 Hrs
Fair Housing Courses: (any of these will cover the 1.5 hour MD requirement)
Maryland Fair Housing 1.5 Hour
Fair Housing (General) 4 Hours
Diversity in Doing Business 5 Hours
All other courses count toward Maryland elective hours.
