Maryland Real Estate Broker Classes
We plan to offer the full 135 Required Hours to obtain a Maryland Real Estate Broker / Associate Broker License.
Fall - 2008
Class dates are ( Monday thru Friday each month)
1 week each month October and November and December
October 13 - 17
November 3 - 7
December 8 - 12
( 8AM to 5 PM Monday thru Friday )
You must complete all 3 weeks to meet the Education Requirements
Location: our classroom in West Ocean City.
The Fee for EACH week is $360 ( includes texts )
$200 deposit required to hold a seat.
In the off-season there are many inexpensive hotels in Ocean City
or near the school in West Ocean City.
A MINIMUM ENROLLMENT REQUIRED
We must have at least 20 students, ( Maximum class size is 30 )
so mark the dates on your calendar and sign up today !
If we do not get 20 students registered with deposits by August 4,
we will not hold the class.
If we do not hold the class your deposit will be refunded in full.
Upon completion of the required credit hours,
You will receive a certificate and
Maryland Broker's exam application form.
To qualify for a Broker/Associate Broker License
1. Have been licensed at least 3 years
2. Complete the 135 Hours Education ( beyond the Pre-license Hours)
3. Pass both parts of the State Exam
To be a Broker of Record you will also have to
* open an Escrow account and
* Have a Credit Report sent to the Commission
The State exam is available at least weekly in 4 different locations around Maryland.
